Do you ever wonder where a business name comes from? They can be quite intriguing and usually have a unique story behind them. I thought mine was pretty basic. ‘Rochelle’ directly translates to ‘little rock’ and presto, Little Rock Media was born. But as my brand developed I began to realize that there’s more to Little Rock than meets the eye.
Now I see how significant a rock can be, and what it represents.
I like to think that Little Rock Media does the same—building up companies with a strategic branding foundation and creating a bold impact with a lasting impression.
Now instead of saying “oh ‘little rock’ is just what my name means” I’m confident saying that Little Rock Media is a representation of the promise I make to my customers.
Hey there, my name is Rochelle and I don’t go by any specific nickname (although my husband gives me new ones daily). I’ve always been passionate about creating things, and from a young age, I could be found painting or sketching away the day.
When I “grew up” and realized my dream job of being an artist wasn’t coming true, I changed the pace and chased the next-best thing–graphic design. As I took my passion digital, a whole new world opened up and I was in love.
To me, the possibilities were endless and now I have the absolute pleasure of being able to create anything from anywhere. I’m able to follow my other passion–traveling with my husband and French Bulldog ‘Eggsy’–while creating and raising brands from the ground up.
